1. Definitions
- "We", 'ours' refers to A L'Ombre du Pin.
- "You", 'yours' refers to the user who accesses and uses our website and services.
2. Services
A L'Ombre du Pin offers accommodation in flats and studios located in Le Pin, Ile-de-France. Services include reservations, customer support and additional facilities such as car parking and electric vehicle chargers.
3. Bookings
To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. You agree to pay the total amount of the reservation at the time of confirmation, which includes a cleaning fee of 20 euros for each stay, using one of the available payment methods (Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer).
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: Check-in is available between 15:00 and 19:00 on the day of arrival. Guests must present valid ID and booking confirmation upon check-in.
- Check-out: Check-out must take place by 11am on the day of departure. Guests are asked to leave their keys on the kitchen table and inform reception of their departure. If the guest leaves before 8am, please put the key in the designated box.
- Extension of stay: If you wish to extend your stay, please contact reception as soon as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and applicable rates.
5. Cancellation policy
Reservations may be cancelled according to the conditions specified on the booking confirmation. Cancellation fees may apply according to the policies in force at the time of booking.
6. Use of facilities
Guests are responsible for looking after the facilities and equipment during their stay. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may incur additional charges.
7. Guest behaviour
We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any guest who does not fulfil these expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
L'Ombre du Pin is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of our services, except in cases provided for by law.
9. Privacy
The use of your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be consulted on our website.
10. Changes in conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will come into force immediately after their publication on our website. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable law
These General Conditions are governed by French law and disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
